Necklace is pretty but came tangled. I bought two-- one for myself and another for a friend's birthday present-- both heavily tangled. I am glad I checked hers before giving it to her. I spent 20 mins on each necklace untangling them. The necklace came in a box but was left in a zip lock bag. For the customer's convenience, the necklace could be packaged in the box instead with the chain fed through the place holder of the display in the box. It would save a lot of inconvenience.
